This was such a sweet mother-daughter session! And it happened to be on Mother's Day, making it even more special. These two love each other so much and are the best of friends. I loved being able to photograph them! So much fun!
Keaton is graduating!!!!! I am so lucky to be surrounded by friends who are accomplishing such amazing things. This weekend Keaton will graduate from Chico State University as a Liberal Studies major. And she's already got a job lined up as a long-term substitute. I'm so proud! This girl has had such an amazing year!
Karla and Spencer met at the hospital where they both work and their first date was in the cafeteria! So Grey's Anatomy, I know! The two of them wanted their engagement session to be a relaxed and fun time at the lake with their dogs, Luna and Estrella. These dogs were SO excited to be at the lake one just dove right of the little cliff of the trail to get to the beach! The lake was so beautiful and peaceful during their engagement photos and it was so fun to photograph them!
Hayley and Brian are engaged! Last fall I had the pleasure of photographing Hayley's sister, Andi and her husband on their wedding day and both Hayley and Brian were a part of the wedding party. I love being able to celebrate such amazing moments in a family and I'm so honored to have been able to photography both Andi and Hayley! Hayley is an architect and Brian is a firefighter and they wanted to incorporate their careers in their photos. It was such a cute idea and so awesome to have a couple with such amazing jobs!
Dallas and Austin were the winners of my engagement session giveaway at the Redding Bridal Show in February and they were so fun to photograph! They have the sweetest sense of humor together and it was awesome to be able to capture that in camera.
And yes! Their names are Austin and Dallas, like the two cities in Texas! I didn't even realize it until someone commented on an Instagram post of them! How perfect is that!? These two are meant to be!
I am so so proud of this girl! Mallorie is graduating from CSU Fullerton in May and I am so excited for her! It seems like only yesterday we were struggling to get through a statistics class at Shasta College... and some days we just skipped it all together and went and had breakfast instead! Maybe thats why we were struggling??? But gone are the days of us skipping classes, because this girl is graduating!!!!
Ahh! This is the cutest little family! Baby Bryer was welcomed into the world recently and I am so excited for this family! Kiley and I have known each other since fourth grade and it was so amazing to see her has a mother.
One of the best parts of being a photographer is that I get to photograph the biggest milestones in my people's lives. Last year I photographed Courtney and Kevin's beautiful(and blazing hot) wedding day and now I've gotten to photograph their maternity photos as they are expecting a sweet little girl! Love getting these two in front of my camera!
I love my job every single day, but I LOVED my job the day I got to photograph Sherri and Dan! I normally try not to show a bunch of photos from the back of my camera to keep the element of surprise. But sometimes when it's just too good, I can't help but share! Every time I would show Sherri and Dan a photo their faces just lit up and it made my heart so full!
Selena and Rick picked the most beautiful location for their engagement photos! Ferrari-Carano Winery was a beautiful escape in Sonoma County. I am so excited to photograph Selena and Rick's wedding in September! They are such a wonderful couple and I just know it's going to be a fantastic day!
